When can I join the Trust?
You can join the trust if you have a qualifying life event or you may enroll during Open Enrollment which occurs in November each year
Do I have to call to reload my Flex Fit Card?
No. You do not have to call, it will reload automatically.
However, the money on your Flex Fit card does not roll over to the next year if you don't use it. So...if you don't use it, you lose it!

First, Independent Health has a 24-Hour Medical Helpline. You can call the helpline for advice about diseases such as asthma, heart disease, and diabetes. This helpline also offers advice about diet and nutrition, information about surgeries, and much more. The number is 1-800-501-3439. There is no cost to the member for calling.
